1. 我们是谁
喵汪时光（英文名 Aethel）是一款专注计时 App。本政策说明 App 会处理哪些信息、为什么处理，以及你可以怎么控制。
2. App 会保存在你设备上的信息
这些信息默认只存在这台设备上，开发者不会收到：
- 专注记录：每轮的开始时间、时长、是否完成、用了哪个标签；
- 你的设置：标签名称、专注计划、背景声音、提示音、语言等偏好；
- 发到相册的拍立得图片；
- 你自己录制的提示音（只用于本机播放）。
App 不需要注册，也没有账号体系。
3. iCloud 同步（默认关闭）
如果你在设置里打开 iCloud 同步，记录会写入你自己的 Apple iCloud 私人数据库，用于在两台 iPhone 之间合并和恢复。这部分数据由 Apple 托管，只有你能访问，开发者看不到，也无法读取。
关闭同步后，App 不再写入 iCloud；已经存在的 iCloud 备份可以在系统设置里删除。
4. 订阅与购买
Pro 订阅和永久版由 App Store 处理。开发者不会收到你的支付方式、账单地址或 Apple 账户信息，只能看到 Apple 提供的汇总销售报告（不含个人身份）。订阅的续订、取消、退款都在你的 Apple 账户里管理。
5. 权限
- 麦克风：只在你录制自定义提示音时使用；录音留在本机，不会上传。
- 通知：用于提醒一轮专注结束；通知在本机排程，不经过服务器。
- 照片（仅添加）：只在你主动保存拍立得时写入相册。
6. 我们不收集什么
- 没有账号、邮箱、手机号或通讯录；
- 没有使用统计、崩溃上报、广告或第三方 SDK；
- 没有跨 App 或跨网站的跟踪；
- App 不连接开发者的服务器。
7. 儿童
App 适合 4 岁以上使用，不收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童。
8. 你的选择
- 删除 App 会清掉本机的记录和设置；
- iCloud 同步可以随时在 App 设置里关闭；
- 订阅可以在 Apple 账户的「订阅」里取消，Pro 用到当前周期结束；
- 换手机后用「恢复购买」找回权益。
9. 政策更新
如果处理方式有变化，我们会更新这一页并修改顶部的日期。重大变化会在 App 内说明。

1. Who we are
Aethel (喵汪时光) is a focus timer app. This policy explains what the app processes, why, and what you can control.
2. Information stored on your device
By default this information stays on this device and never reaches the developer:
- Focus records: start time, duration, whether a round was completed, and the tag used;
- Your settings: tag names, focus plan, ambient sounds, cue sounds and language;
- Postcards saved to your photo library;
- Custom cue recordings, used only for local playback.
The app requires no registration and has no account system.
3. iCloud sync (off by default)
If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, records are written to your own private iCloud database so two iPhones can merge and restore them. Apple hosts that data; only you can access it. The developer cannot read it.
When you turn sync off, the app stops writing to iCloud. You can delete existing backups in system settings.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by the App Store. The developer never receives your payment method, billing address or Apple Account information, only Apple's aggregated sales reports without personal identifiers. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed in your Apple Account.
5. Permissions
- Microphone: used only when you record a custom cue sound. Recordings stay on this device and are never uploaded.
- Notifications: used to remind you when a round ends. They are scheduled locally and do not pass through a server.
- Photos (add only): used only when you choose to save a postcard to your library.
6. What we do not collect
- No account, email address, phone number or contacts;
- No usage analytics, crash reporting, ads or third-party SDKs;
- No tracking across apps or websites;
- The app does not connect to the developer's servers.
7. Children
The app is suitable for ages 4 and up and collects no one's personal information, including children's.
8. Your choices
- Deleting the app removes local records and settings;
- iCloud sync can be turned off in the app at any time;
- Subscriptions can be canceled in your Apple Account; Pro remains until the end of the current period;
- On a new phone, use Restore Purchases to bring your entitlement back.
9. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be explained in the app.
