ChromaRetro ("the app") is a camera app. It has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data — which is almost nothing.
What the app uses, and where it stays
Camera. The app uses your camera to take photos. Photos are processed entirely on your device and saved to your device. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Photos. Photos you take are kept in the app's own private storage on your device. Only when you ask — by tapping "Save to gallery" on a photo, or by switching on "Save every shot to your gallery too" in settings — does the app also write a copy into your device's system gallery, which is what lets other apps see it. Both copies are on your device only. The app can also import photos you pick from your gallery; those stay on your device too.
Location. When you take a photo, the app reads your device's location once and writes the coordinates into that photo's EXIF metadata. Those coordinates stay on your device.
There is exactly one exception, and it is off by default. If you turn on the location watermark, the app also asks your device's built-in geocoding service — provided by your phone's operating system, not by us — to turn those coordinates into a street address to print on the photo. That lookup is the only moment coordinates leave your device, and it happens only while the location watermark is switched on. With the watermark off, your coordinates are never sent anywhere.
You can leave the location permission denied; the app still works, photos just won't carry GPS coordinates.
Purchases. This version has no purchases — every film and frame is included. If a later version adds paid content, the transaction will be handled entirely by the store you installed the app from (the App Store or Google Play) and we will never see or store your payment details.
What the app does NOT do
- No account, no sign-up, no login.
- No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking.
- No data is sent to us — we operate no servers.
- No data is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers or analytics providers. The address lookup described above goes to your device's own operating system service, not to us.
Permissions, and why
The names differ per platform, so both are listed. The app asks for nothing beyond these.

The app requests no network permission at all, on either platform (the Android build does not even declare INTERNET). It makes no network requests of its own: the address lookup above is performed by your device's geocoding service, in the operating system's own process, not by this app.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

取境·复古相机（下称「本应用」）是一款相机应用。它没有账号、没有服务器、没有统计埋点。 本政策说明本应用对数据的实际处理 —— 基本上什么也不做。
用到什么，数据留在哪
相机。 用于拍照。照片完全在你的设备上处理、保存在你的设备上，不会上传到任何地方。
照片。 拍摄的照片保存在本应用的私有目录里。只有在你要求时，本应用才另存一份到系统相册 （对某一张点「保存到系统相册」，或在设置里打开「每张都自动存进系统相册」），那一份是让其它应用能看到它的。 两份都只在你设备上。本应用也可以导入你从相册里挑选的照片，那些同样只留在你的设备上。
位置。 你按下快门时，本应用会读取一次设备位置，把经纬度写进那张照片的 EXIF 信息。 坐标留在你的设备上。
只有一处例外，而且默认是关的：如果你打开「地址水印」，本应用会额外请你手机操作系统 自带的地理编码服务（提供方是你的手机系统，不是我们）把坐标换成街道地址印在照片上。 这是坐标唯一离开设备的时刻，且只在你开着地址水印时发生。关着的时候，坐标不会被发到任何地方。
你也可以拒绝位置权限 —— 应用照常能用，只是照片不带 GPS 信息。
购买。 本版本没有任何购买项 —— 所有胶卷与相框都已包含。将来若加入付费内容， 交易将完全由你安装本应用的那个商店（App Store 或 Google Play）处理， 我们看不到也存不到你的支付信息。
本应用不做的事
- 没有账号、不用注册、不用登录
- 没有统计、没有崩溃上报、没有广告、没有追踪
- 不上传任何数据给我们（我们不运营任何服务器）
- 不售卖数据，也不与广告或统计服务商共享。上面说的地址查询是发给你设备自己的系统服务的，不是发给我们
